Most orders are aimed to be shipped between 1-3 working days unless stated otherwise, once shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number. We use Royal Mail/Hermes. If your order is returned because of an invalid or insufficient shipping address, an extra shipping charge(s) will apply to resend the order. Alternatively you can cancel your order and receive a refund for the items purchased only (excluding postage) 

International shipping is available and will be sent tracked with Royal Mail. Please note for international shipping - we are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims with the shipping carrier and will be responsible for paying all duties/vat.
