Shipping and Returns

All orders are aimed to be shipping between 1-3 working days, once shipped you will recieve an email with a tracking number. We use Royal Mail/Hermes. If your order is returned because of an invalid or insufficent shipping address, an extra shipping charge(s) will apply to resend the order. Alternatively you can cancel your order and recieve a refund for the items purchased only (excluding postage) 

We offer international shipping but unfortunately we are not responsible for all duties and taxes on your order. We are not responsible for shipping delays so please allow 3 weeks to recieve your order. Once your order has left etha HQ we are not liable for lost, damaged or delayed orders you will need to reach out directly to the courier as they will be able to better assist in locating your order and or open a missing package claim.

We are happy to offer a 14 day refund or exchange policy to our customers (subject to availability). Items must be returned to us unworn, with the tags on and in a resellable condition. Please note we cannot accept any items unless these terms are met. Please note that we are not responsible for any postage costs to and from our HQ. If you do recieve a faulty or damaged item please contact us.

We have made every effort to assist you in making sure you purchse your correct size but if you have any questions or queries then please get in touch. We have also made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colour of our products, unforunately we cannot guarantee your monitor/handset will display these accurately.
